Get Started: Signage

What is included:

  • 1 x MIR Media Player
  • 1 x Power Supply Unit (PSU) for your region

What you will need:

  • A working monitor or TV screen with an available HDMI input and an HDMI cable
  • An open/active broadband internet connection and an Ethernet cable

Step 1: Connect

Connect the cables in the following order:

  1. Connect Ethernet cable to LAN port
  2. Connect HDMI cable from your monitor/TV screen
  3. Connect the included power supply unit

Step 2: Booting and Connecting

The MIR Media Player is booting and connecting. This usually takes under 2 minutes. If updates are required, it may take up to 15 minutes and the device may restart automatically.

Step 3: Setup Complete

Once the MIR Media Player is properly connected and up to date, the front display will show the correct local time. Content will begin playing shortly afterward (if available).

Verify MIR Media Player

To verify that the MIR Media Player is online and connected, locate the device’s MAC address on the bottom of the unit and visit the verification page.

Troubleshooting

If the MIR Media Player is not playing content after 15 minutes, please visit the troubleshooting page.
